1. How to place an order?
To place an order you just have to follow these few simple steps: log in at www.egazety.pl (if you do not have an account yet, use the 'new user' option) , find the title you are looking for, choose your subscription (eg: 1 edition, month, quarter, year) and click 'order' if you wish to order just one title or 'add to basket' if you wish to order more. Once all the titles you wish to order are in your basket click 'order'

2. How to start an account?
Choose the 'New user' option at www.egazety.pl. Once you are forwarded to 'Registration' fill in the registration form, accept the terms of use and click 'Register'. Once you have followed these steps, your account is fully active and you are automatically logged in our service. (Your password should consist of 6 to 32 signs and should include at least one digit)

3. How do I pay for my order at eGazety?

4. What is my order number?
You will find your order number by logging in at www.egazety.pl and clicking 'history of orders' in 'my account'.

5. What are the methods of payment?
Every time you place an order you can pay by money transfer, credit card or Internet transfer. If you choose 'money transfer' you can print a form with all the transfer information and make your payment in a bank or at a post office.

6. How to obtain preliminary invoice?
To obtain preliminary invoice, choose money transfer as your method of payment and send us a preliminary invoice request at egazety@egazety.pl. Preliminary invoice will be emailed back to you as a pdf document. Remember to include your login and order number.

7. Can I change the mutation I chose by mistake?
Yes. To change mutation please email us at egazety@egazety.pl . Remember to include your login, order number and the name of the new mutation (local edition)

8. I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you forgot your password, use the „I forgot my password” button at www.egazety.pl. Once you are forwarded to „Password reset” just type in the email address you used for registration at eGazety. The instructions how to change your password will be sent to this email address.

9. Can I change my login?
No. If you have two logins with active subscriptions, however, it is possible to transfer them to one login. To do so, please contact our Customer Service.

10. Why do I need to start an account?
Your personal account is necessary if you want to use our electronic subscriptions. Once you are a registered user, you have your login and password, required to run your subscription on a given computer, by using eGazety Reader application.

11. Why do I need to provide so much data when placing an order?
All this data is necessary for us to issue an invoice. eGazety does not use the data provided by users at registration for any purposes other than those specified in the regulations.

12. Is eGazety Reader application free?
Yes, it is. It is our original product and you can use it totally for free.

13. Can I test e-gazety?
Yes. Once you download the application, you can choose up to two trial editions. You are free to test practically any edition you choose from our offer. Downloading trail editions will allow you to get acquainted with the application and electronic newspapers.

1. When will my order be delivered?
- If you pay by credit card or sms, your subscription shall be activated within approximately 15 minutes.
- If you pay by money transfer of Internet transfer, your subscription shall be activated on the day the payment is processed, which usually takes up to 2-3 days.

2. How to check the expiry date of my active subscription?
You will find the expiry date ,or the number of available editions, you can download, by clicking „My subscriptions” at www.egazety.pl. You can reach 'My subscriptions' by logging in your account at eGazety. You will also receive an email providing information about the approaching expiry date.

3. Can I access one subscription from more than one computer?
Yes. You can use your login to access your subscription and use the eGazety Reader application from more than one computer. However, it will result in losing all the archives on all computers.

4. How to download missed out editions?
To download missed out editions use the „Edition management” option in your eGazety Reader application. To activate the Edition Management window click „Download/Stop Download” and „Edition Management”.

5. When can I access daily newspapers ?
Most daily newspapers are available online around 5 am on the day they are released. Some daily newspapers are available even earlier than that. Puls biznesu for example is available just after midnight and Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet around 1 am.

1. Is there eGazety Reader compatible with Mac OS and Linux operating systems?
Current edition of the application is compatible only with Windows operating system. We are now working on applications suitable for Mac OS and Linux.

2. How do I access previously downloaded editions?
To access previously downloaded editions use the chart on the left of your eGazety Reader application window. Click a given title and you will see a list of editions, or calendar, depending on the kind of newspaper.

3. How to change language option in eGazety Reader?
To change the language in eGazety Reader, use „Internationalization” in „Options”.Path for Internationalization option: View-> Options-.>Internationalization

4. How to log in onto another account? (View-> Options-> log in)
If eGazety Reader remembers your password and you wish to log in onto another account, use the „Log in” option. Simply untick „Remember my password”. Once you restart the application, you will be able to choose login and password to the account you wish to use.Path for „Log in” option: View-> Options -> Log in

5. How can I remove archives?
To remove redundant editions use the „Automates” option in your eGazety Reader application. This option will allow you to remove editions older than the chosen number of days. If you chose „6” next to Rzeczpospolita, the application will automatically remove all editions older than 6 days.Path for „Automates” option View-> Options -> Automates

6. Can I print whole newspaper?
eGazety Reader application does not have the option of printing whole newspapers. It is due to constraints of our partner press editors. There is, however, an option of printing single pages.

7. How can I download eGazety Reader for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad ?
eGazety Reader for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad is available at the official Applestore website.

8. Do I need Internet connection to read newspapers at eGazety?
You need Internet connection to download electronic newspapers. Once the newspaper is downloaded, you can read it without Internet connection.

1. Can I post an ad in a given newspaper?
eGazety does not supply the service of posting ads in newspapers it offers. To post an ad, please contact the newspaper directly.

2. Do you also have traditional editions of newspapers?
eGazety has only electronic newspapers in its offer.

3. Is electronic newspaper exactly the same as print newspaper?
Unlike other Internet resources, electronic newspapers are exactly the same as traditional, print newspapers. Everything is the same; contents, layout, sequence of articles, ads etc...

4. What is the average size of the newspaper?
It depends on individual volume of the newspaper. Average size of a single edition is approximately 20-30 Mb.
